Hello, my name is Katie. I am an Associate Producer with the television series, “Spotlight On. I started this career to help nonprofits, small businesses, and foundations tell their story. To raise awareness, educate the public, and create positivity in the world. When I met the man I thought was the one, I put my focus on his needs. I completely quit being me again just to please him. It only worked until I decided to Stop changing for a man. Now that I am me again, he doesn’t like me. Go figure!
I decided that my happiness with myself is far more important than pretending to be something I’m never going to be. Everyday, I still struggle with this need to fit in, to be loved for being me.
One day maybe I will get the life I desire. For now, this is it!
